AMPP Gujarat Chapter & The Indian Institute of Metals (IIM) Baroda Chapter are jointly organized one day workshop on Corrosion Control & Monitoring (CCM) 2025 on the occasion of International Corrosion Awareness Day, 24th April 2025.
We are also delighted to announce the inauguration of the AMPP Gujarat Chapter, which aims to enhance corrosion awareness and mitigation efforts in the region. Corrosion is a significant global challenge, with an estimated annual cost of US$2.5 trillion, approximately 3.4% of the global GDP (2013). Studies show that 15–35% of these costs (i.e., US$375–875 billion annually) can be saved through proper corrosion control practices. Industries worldwide are recognizing the importance of corrosion management in reducing operational losses and improving asset longevity.
This program is designed for professionals involved in inspection, maintenance, construction, design, corrosion control, and operations, particularly in the following industries:
