Standard registration policies

  • All fees must be received by March 16, 2023. Please allow for mail time.
  • After March 16, 2023, registrations will only be accepted on-site.

Standard cancellation policy

Paid registrations canceled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations canceled in writing 59 to 30 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 14 days before the event begins.

All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.
