Standard cancellation policy
Paid registrations canceled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more before the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations canceled in writing 29 to 7 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of US$ 20.00. Transfers may not be made less than 7 days before the event begins.
All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to customersupport@ampp.org. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no-show or if they fail to view the video presentations in the allotted time frame.
