Who should attend
Coating applicators and other personnel who are responsible for the application of intumescent fireproofing coatings should attend this course. It is recommended that attendees have an C12 or CAS certification or at least 3-5 years of experience with spray application of liquid protective coatings.

Course format
This course is delivered through classroom lecture, written exercises, hands-on workshops, and quizzes. At the end of instruction on the final day, the instructor will administer a closed-book, written exam consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions on the body of knowledge presented during classroom lectures. In addition to attending all of the course modules and participating in each workshop, a passing grade of 70% or higher is needed on the final exam to receive a certificate of completion and CEUs.
