Thank you, Everett. This is long overdue and a great start. The "call to action" seems very logical as a first step, and in particular, the engagement between pipeline operators and power companies will be key to any success here. The advisory bulletin referenced will help, but until there is policy and requirement to inform and mitigate against any reconductoring, I fear that this challenge may continue. Look forward to next steps.
