EPRI and the Association of American Railroads and American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association put together a handbook on the impact of electromagnetic fields from power lines on railroads. There is some good information in this resource and ways in which it can be presented. The handbook can be downloaded at no cost to the public.
