The technical program will focus on pipeline integrity, corrosion control, and performance, including topics such as cathodic protection, coatings and linings, inspection, material selection, AC and DC interference, digital technologies like AI and data analytics, carbon capture and hydrogen infrastructure, regulatory updates, and workforce challenges.

The AMPP Eastern Conference will take place October 19 to 21 in Myrtle Beach, hosted by the AMPP Carolinas Chapter.

No. Despite the name, the conference is open to attendees, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors from across North America and around the world.

Standard Registration Policy: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 7 calendar days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time with an accompanying fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for AMPP Conferences.

All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to customersupport@ampp.org. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.

Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.

Payment is due at the time of contract submission. If you request to be invoiced, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. After 30 days of the invoice date, your pre-selected booth space will be forfeited without full payment. You will be required to select another booth space when payment is received. All unpaid booth spaces will remain in "reserved" status until full payment is received. Contracts received less than 30 days prior to event must be paid in full at the time of contract submission.

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. Paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 15 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the event begins. If the conference is cancelled due to Federal, State, or local regulations, exhibitors will receive a full refund.
