The Marketing Coordinator opportunity is for three years term. Normal dedication is of about 3-5 hours per month.

Trinidad and Tobago Section normally holds technical exchange events in the area of corrosion, inspection and technical integrity and also maintains a webpage for promotion and marketing within local members and area industry. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and executing marketing plans, budgets and promotional campaigns for NACE Trinidad and Tobago Section while ensuring proper brand image in all promotion and marketing communications.

Volunteer Responsibilities: Develop marketing plan for event marketing, including advertising, website, exhibits, social media, and other available delivery channels. Create, review and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure attaining the desired goals and targets. Establish target industry companies to join as sponsors or exhibitors and support NACE International mission to protect people, assets and environment against corrosion, and for the professional betterment of all NACE Trinidad Section Members.

Support System: Volunteer will work in direct collaboration with Section Officers and will seek advice as necessary from NACE Head Quarters for any support and guidance in keeping with the NACE image. Volunteer will also work closely with Section Webmaster and Section Event Coordinator to ensure consistency in messages and campaigns throughout.

Requirements: English speaking NACE member in good standing, based on Trinidad and with solid knowledge of the local industries of local industrial opportunities. With excellent professional and interpersonal relations. Strong networking ability and easy to relate to and associate with. Ability for planning, to meet deadlines and to work independently.
