Description:

NACE Institute, is seeking Cathodic Protection Tester and Cathodic Protection Technician certified individuals to participate in the Job Task Analysis (JTA) in order to update the CP exam. The JTA is the first and most important step in the exam development process as it sets the blueprint for the entire certification exam.
This job analysis meeting is designed to determine the major tasks, skills, and knowledge needed for those seeking a NACE CP certification. The results of the JTA will be used to establish and prioritize the content of the CP examinations. 
We are looking to get CP certified volunteers from all over the world to make sure we cover various regions, practice settings, experience levels, and other demographic characteristics of those working in the CP industry field.

Requirements:

  1. Must hold a current CP1 or CP2 certification and work in the industry
  2. English speaking
  3. At least 1 year working in the industry
  4. Uninterrupted participation for full two (2) days of meeting

**This opportunity is targeted at field based individuals working in the cathodic protection industry and not NACE Instructors or Education board representatives. Invitations to contribute for Instructors and Board members will be handled directly with the Education leadership.
