The NACE Institute is in the process of developing and rewriting exam questions for CP 3 and will be holding series of workshops that include item writing, item review, and standard setting. We are seeking individuals with a CP 3 and CP 4 certification to serve as content contributors for these exam development activities and recruiting individuals certified in CP 3 and/or CP 4 with experience from all over the world. To ensure we cover various regions, practice settings, experience levels and other demographic characteristics of those working in the CP field, we invite you to participate in one of these workshops.
In exchange for participation, the NACE Institute will reimburse economy travel expenses (airfare and ground transportation) and hotel arrangements will be made by NII staff. Additionally, participants will be given a $500 per day stipend.

*Note: You are welcome to sign up for any/all workshops that fit in your schedule however, you may only be selected for one exam development workshop.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of experience as a CP3 or CP 4
Requirements:
English Speaking/Writing
Must have at least 1 year of CP3 or CP 4 experience
Uninterrupted participation for three (3) full days of meetings
Must adhere to the NII travel guidelines:
- All expenses eligible for reimbursement will be submitted for reimbursement AFTER the workshop concludes.
- Economy Airfare - Domestic flights exceeding $600 and International flights exceeding $1,200 require approval PRIOR to purchase
- Hotel lodging - Room reservations will be made for content contributors at the NII preferred hotel and reimbursed at the negotiated rate. If using an alternative hotel, the reimbursed amount will not exceed the NII negotiated rate and must have an itemized receipt.
- Meals - NII will reimburse meals up to $40 that are not already covered, and they must have an itemized receipt.
- Transportation - Uber, taxi, parking, and/or rental car fees (including fuel) will be reimbursed up to $150 without prior approval and must have a receipt. *The amount is based on typical Uber fees in Houston as it is the most economical choice.
