In particular consider getting engaged in one of the local committees:

Coatings: Everything associated with the manufacturing, selection, installation, inspection, performance, testing, and removal of products applied to the exterior of a substrate.

Cathodic Protection: All the things involved with meeting the requirements for effectively passifying a metal electrochemically. It covers all electrochemical testing, AC & DC interference, electrolyte considerations, and the components of the corrosion cell.

Corrosion Management: Material selection, corrosion inhibitors, non-destructive testing, internal corrosion, forensic analysis, and data analysis are some of the topics covered by this committee. Other subjects related to the industry that are not specific to coatings or CP like Workforce Training and Public Relations can be covered here also.

Committee membership offers a chance to shape the events that the Chapter hosts and especially their content. Thank you very much for your support!
