My name is Michael Pardo and I am currently the Coatings, Insulation, and Fireproofing SME for S&B Engineers and Constructors. I have been in the industry for close to 15 years. I have my Bachelors in Materials Engineering, Masters in Construction Engineering, and Masters in Business Administration. Majority of my time has been spent in the Engineering, procurement, and Construction world. I hold my Protective Coatings Specialist License as well as my Coatings Inspectors and Fireproofing Licenses through AMPP. I am currently finishing up my Thermal Insulation Inspectors license through NIA. I sit on the Executive Boards for Houston Coating Society as well as the South West Insulation Contractors Association. I sit on multiple standards as well as serve on CEPC, Membership, and Technical Committees as a voting member through AMPP and currently the SC-02 Vice Chair. I also serve as the Function Team Leader for Coatings and Insulation for Process Industry Practices. I cannot do any of this without the support of my wife and children. I am very grateful for my family. In my free time you can catch me at my kids sporting events coaching or at the hunting camp with my son shooting Birds, Hogs, Deer or on the water catching Reds or speckled trout. I am an Avid UAB Blazers fan, Fighting LSU Tigers Fan, and apart fo the “Who Dat’ nation.
