Ultimate Inspector Challenge

AMPP Ultimate Inspector Challenge

A first for AMPP. A challenge designed to test real inspection expertise.

This is not a classroom quiz or a race against the clock. This is the main stage where elite inspectors step forward and prove they can perform when it matters most.

This is where expertise speaks. Be recognized!

The Ultimate Inspector Challenge brings top inspection talent together in a high-stakes, progressive elimination competition built around real-world scenarios. Over four escalating rounds, competitors are tested on specification review, surface evaluation, instrument-based inspection, and senior-level technical decision making.

Inspired by AMPP CIP Levels 1 and 2, FROSIO fundamentals, and ISO standards, each round demands sharp judgment, technical confidence, and professional integrity.

This is where inspectors show not just what they know, but how they think, decide, and defend every call they make.

Just competence, leadership, and confidence under pressure.

Step up. Stand out. Show the industry what excellence looks like.

Stage Timing & Specifications

    • Technical accuracy
    • Correct interpretation of standards

    • Ability to justify inspection decisions

  • Any form of cheating, collaboration during individual assessments, or interference with other competitors will result in immediate disqualification.
