The CCI Level 2 certification is designed for inspectors with experience evaluating concrete surface preparation and protective coating application in both shop and field environments. Candidates demonstrate their expertise through a practical inspection exam and an inspection plan development assessment, both administered in person. The final exam is a written theory exam administered and scheduled via Pearson.

PREREQUISITE

Active Concrete Coatings Inspector (CCI) Level 1 Certification

Active Basic Coatings Inspector (CIP Level 1) or higher CIP credential

Successful completion of the Ethics for the Corrosion Professional course or an equivalent training

EXPERIENCE

5 years (7,500 hours) of concrete coating work experience

Must provide 2 qualification references
