On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) Global Center, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the beautiful city of Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Coatings+ 2021—our last conference before transitioning to the AMPP 2022 Annual Conference + Expo in March—will feature the latest on coatings technologies, inspection equipment, and professional services from around the industry. Some conference highlights include:

• The Awards Luncheon on Monday, where this year’s SSPC Individual and Structure Awards will be presented.
• The ribbon cutting and exhibit hall opening on Tuesday evening.

• A Wednesday session on how change and evolution have affected careers in our industry.
• A mobile app that enables attendees to stay up to date on sessions, events, and booth numbers.
