  • 1.  Enhancing Safety for Abrasive Blasters

    Posted 12-19-2023 01:12 PM

I am the product manager for Respiratory products with Bullard. We are seeking input from the abrasive blasting community to learn what the biggest problems operators may be experiencing in their Supplied Air system overall and talk through any problems in their blasting operations.

This is not a sales call, our goal is to uncover as many problems as we can. We're working on the next generation of respiratory blasting products and supplied air equipment, with your help we can improve performance and safety for blasting workers.

Please reply or send me email to participate in our study.

Patrick, I think most of my blast and painters all agree that when there blasting the amount of air and the temperature of the air inducting into the blast hoods are the problem. the air conditions do very little to help when dealing with deck temps 130degrees plus. This has been a problem for along time. We have changed out hood traps, hood trap filters, Air conditions.
