Challenges Building & Maintaining a Successful Business in Corrosion Engineering
We will explore key aspects of creating a strong team of engineers and technicians necessary to build and maintain a successful corrosion engineering firm. In the business climate today, it is a challenge for any company to thrive, but our field has unique dimensions. We will look at the interaction of numerous internal and external factors that drive the business, including the importance of relationships, sourcing talent and succession planning.
