Ensuring applicable WPQ, WPS, PQR, Weld plan, etc. as client specific requirements for SS, AS, CS, Cu and MS materials. Use proper welding processes and demonstrate the welding parameters at each welding stations and optimum utilization of welders and welding operators on the job. Monitor defect trend for weld repairs and ensure timely implementation of CAPA, NC, Re-works, etc. without delay in dispatch schedule. Review Heat Treatment Procedures. Knowledge of various fabrication codes like ASME, TEMA, IBR, etc.

ASME “U”, “PP”, “S”, “NB” and “R” stamp audit work from material selection to documentation with consultant and Authorized Inspector. Management Representation for ISO 9001:2000 and audited in house and cleared non-conforming raised during Audit. Train the entire workman for Safety and Quality Awareness Training in-house including Managers. Recruited Man Power for QA/QC, Welding, Heat Treatment, NDE, Production, Planning, Purchase, Accounts, HR & Administration and also for Welders, Fabricators, Fitters, Painters, Blasters, Machine Operators for their performance test and personnel interview. Mitcorr Services is working in the field of Welding, NDE and material selection for pipelines, corrosively calculations to find out MPY for the pipeline of Oil and Gas Industries/ Refinery Industries, inhibitor selection and its testing for their corrosion resistant properties, painting & coatings and its type testing, welding process inspection, prevention of Corrosion by Cathodic Protection, Survey, Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance. Failure analysis and prepare action plan evaluated from cause analysis.

Responsibilities include Liaison with Clients and 3^rd Party inspectors at Site for Welding, Heat Treatment, NDE, Corrosion monitoring techniques and corrosion testing methods to inspect as per customers specification. Help Designer for material selection and designing of structures, storage tanks & vessel for the corrosion and its prevention as an when complex designs are to be manufactured with most common industrial material. My responsibilities were Inspection and Testing of Ferrous Metals (Steel Making Products and Forging Products) & its heat treatments and product development activities. Customer complaint analysis and preparation of RCA for all the customers (Forging and Automobile Manufacturing Company). Welding and NDE Testing procedure preparation and monitoring NDE Testing for the Night Shift production. Management Representative for ISO 9001 Quality Management System. NDE for Steel and Forged products with Chemical and Spectroscope analysis laboratory facilities.
